Accidental Damage Deductible

Accidents happen! Replace your damaged crystal with this small deductible if you purchased the accidental damage insurance.

Please note, this service requires two damage photos to be sent to us to be approved. Once this deductible is paid and the damage has been confirmed, we will issue a replacement crystal.

Unfortunately, if you did not purchase the accidental damage insurance with your original crystal, we cannot replace your crystal and a new one must be purchased at regular price.
