Shipping Policy

At DiscountCrystals.com, we strive to process and ship all orders within 1-2 business days. Please note that additional handling time may be required during the holiday season.

  • Tracking: We provide carrier tracking numbers to help you track your order.
  • Delivery Dates: We do not guarantee specific shipping timelines. Delivery dates may change due to events beyond our control, and we cannot offer refunds for delays caused by such unforeseen circumstances.

Returns Policy

We offer a 30-day happiness pledge. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return the item to us at your expense for a refund.

  • Return Shipping: We can provide a return shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your refund.
  • Refund Process: Refunds will be processed once we receive the returned item in its original condition.

Lost or Damaged Items

  • Lost in Transit: If your delivery tracking indicates that your crystal was delivered but you did not receive it, we will file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. We will work with you to ship a replacement crystal as soon as possible. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds for crystals that are lost in transit.
  • Broken Crystals: If your crystal breaks, we will replace it under the terms of the guarantee chosen during your purchase.

Accidental Damage Warranty

We offer an Accidental Damage Warranty with 1 and 3-year terms:

  • 1-Year Accidental Damage Guarantee: Covers up to 2 incidents.
  • 3-Year Accidental Damage Guarantee: Covers up to 3 incidents.

Under this guarantee, any damaged crystal will be replaced with the same size crystal or larger if the original size is no longer available, with a small deductible to cover shipping costs. If you decline to purchase the Accidental Damage Warranty, we are unable to offer a replacement at a discounted rate.
