We offer custom laser-engraved crystals. All products are made to order based on the specifications provided by the customer.

Ordering and Payment

  • We accept credit/debit cards and Buy Now, Pay Later (BNPL) options.
  • Prices are listed in USD and include applicable sales taxes for Florida residents.
  • All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
  • We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at our discretion, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors, product availability issues, or suspected misuse of promotions.

User Accounts

  • Creating an account is optional for making a purchase.
  • Users who create an account are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account information.
  • You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update such information as necessary.

Termination; Suspension

Binding Individual Arbitration

PLEASE READ THIS SECTION CAREFULLY. IT AFFECTS YOUR LEGAL RIGHTS.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and DiscountCrystals.com ("Discount Crystals," "we," "us," or "our") agree that any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating in any way to these terms and conditions, your use of the website, any purchase from the website, or any products or services sold by Discount Crystals, including the determination of the scope, enforceability, or applicability of this agreement to arbitrate, shall be resolved exclusively by final and binding arbitration on an individual basis, rather than in court, except that either party may bring an individual action in small claims court if the claim qualifies.

You and Discount Crystals agree that this arbitration agreement is governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and evidences a transaction involving interstate commerce.

The arbitration shall be administered by a nationally recognized arbitration provider under its applicable consumer arbitration rules, as modified by these terms and conditions. The arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. Unless otherwise required by the applicable arbitration rules or applicable law, the arbitration may be conducted remotely, by written submissions, or in the county in Florida where Discount Crystals is located.

The arbitrator shall have exclusive authority to resolve disputes relating to the interpretation, applicability, enforceability, or formation of this arbitration agreement, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.

The arbitrator may award any relief that would be available in an individual action in court, subject to the limitations and disclaimers otherwise set forth in these terms and conditions to the extent permitted by law. Judgment on any arbitration award may be entered in any court having jurisdiction.

If this arbitration provision is found unenforceable as to any claim or remedy, then that claim or remedy shall proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction, but the remainder of these terms and conditions shall remain in full force and effect.

Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you and Discount Crystals agree that any arbitration or court proceeding shall be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, collective, representative, or private attorney general action.

You further agree that the arbitrator shall not have authority to combine or aggregate claims of multiple persons or parties, or otherwise preside over any form of a class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding.

If this class action waiver is found unenforceable or unlawful for any reason as to all or part of a dispute, then such dispute shall proceed in a court of competent jurisdiction and not in arbitration, but only to the extent the waiver is held unenforceable.

Jury Trial Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and to the extent any dispute is permitted to proceed in court rather than arbitration, you and Discount Crystals knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to a trial by jury in any action, proceeding, or counterclaim arising out of or relating to these terms and conditions, the website, or any products or services purchased from Discount Crystals.

Forum Selection; Venue

To the extent any dispute is not subject to arbitration, or if a court action is permitted for any reason, you agree that such dispute shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Hillsborough County, Florida, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

Time Limit to Bring Claims

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, any claim or cause of action arising out of or relating to the website, these terms and conditions, or any products or services purchased from Discount Crystals must be commenced within one (1) year after the claim or cause of action arose; otherwise, such claim or cause of action is permanently barred.

Informal Dispute Resolution

Before filing any arbitration claim or court action, you agree to first contact Discount Crystals and attempt to resolve the dispute informally by sending a written notice to support@discountcrystals.com with your name, contact information, order number if applicable, a description of the dispute, and the relief requested. The parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days before commencing formal proceedings.

Reference Pricing; Pricing Errors

In addition to the other pricing, product, and error provisions in these terms and conditions, any reference price, compare-at price, strikethrough price, regular price, or similar pricing display shown on the website is intended to reflect a bona fide comparative price basis as determined by Discount Crystals, which may include a prior offering price, manufacturer’s suggested retail price where lawfully used, or another lawful comparative pricing basis, as applicable.

Reference pricing may not be available for all products, in all markets, or at all times, and promotional pricing may be limited by duration, inventory, eligibility, sales channel, or other stated conditions.

Despite our efforts, occasional pricing, promotional, typographical, or descriptive errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions, and to cancel, refuse, or revoke any order placed for a product or service listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect promotional information, whether or not the order has been confirmed and whether or not payment has been charged. If payment has already been charged and your order is canceled, we will issue a refund in the amount charged.

Nothing in these terms and conditions shall limit any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection laws.

Severability

If any provision of these terms and conditions is found to be unlawful, void, or unenforceable, that provision shall be deemed severed from these terms and conditions and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.
