Absolutely! Some images will work better than others, but we'll work with whatever you send us. The higher the resolution, the better. Also, regarding adult photos, it's no problem for our team to work with those either. We'll keep them safe.

Our designers will remove all of the background that we feel does not contribute to the image. This means things like the sky, objects in the background, and generally anything not the main part of the picture. However, sometimes it may be necessary to include items - for example, a photo of someone sitting in a chair may require the chair to remain.

If you'd like us to keep the background of the photo in your crystal, simply select the "Keep the Background" option when uploading your photo.

Of course! Just enter the text you'd like, and select the font you'd prefer, when customizing your crystal. You can enter up to 40 characters.

Our instant preview service will create a realistic preview of the final form of your crystal after you upload your picture. This is computer-generated, and the final form may be slightly different.

If you'd like a preview to finalize before production, just contact us after placing your order and let us know. We'll be happy to.

Absolutely! When you buy more than one of an identical crystal, you'll save 50% off the second crystal! Simply increase the quantity on the Customize page to automatically apply your discount.

Glass can break - and our Accidental Damage Guarantee will protect you. If you choose to purchase the guarantee, we'll cover any damage (up to 2 incidents on our 1 year guarantee, 3 on our 3 year guarantee) with just a small deductible (between $10-20 depending on the size).

This means you can rest easily knowing that anything that you'll have your precious memory for a lifetime.

If you make a mistake on your text, such as a misspelling, we'll help correct it with a deductible. This does not apply if your text is missing entirely.

Our software imports the text you entered directly from your order, so it's very unlikely we got it wrong. Please check your order confirmation for the text you entered in your order.

If you did include text and you misspelled something or wrote the wrong text, we can help if you purchased the Accidental Damage Guarantee, with a small deductible. Unfortunately, we cannot help if you did not include text, or did not purchase the Accidental Damage Guarantee.

In the very unlikely event you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return your crystal within 30 days of purchase. Contact us to begin this process.

We'll always try to fix any issues you have, but if we can't, you'll be able to ship your crystal back to us for a full refund, or we can provide a return label and a refund minus the shipping costs.
